Outlook (Windows)


Navigate to the Calendar section.  In the menu bar at the top of the screen, select "Open Calendar", and choose Open Shared Calendar:



In the pop up window that appears, type "CR: DET CMW".  This is the prefix that begins each conference room name:



Hit "OK".  In the search results that appear, you will see all Detroit conference rooms in the Global list.  Select the room that you'd like to add to your calendar, and hit "OK":  



The calendar will be added to your list of shared calendars.





Outlook (Mac)


Navigate to the Calendar section.  In the menu bar at the top of the screen, select "Open Calendar":



In the pop up window that appears, type "CR: DET CMW" in the User field.  This is the prefix that begins each conference room name.  Make sure that Calendar is selected under the Type category:



Hit "OK".  In the search results that appear, you will see all Detroit conference rooms in the Global list.  Select the room that you'd like to add to your calendar, and hit "Select":



You will see a pop up box asking if you want to allow the server to configure your settings.  Check the box next to "Always use my response for this server", or else you'll be getting a lot of annoying pop ups from now on:



The calendar will be added to your list of shared calendars.
