If emails from certain senders are being directed to your Junk mail folder, or you wish to block certain email addresses from sending to your inbox, you may need to add them to your Safe Senders and Blocked Senders lists. To do so, log in to webmail at outlook.office.com. Once logged in, click the "?" icon in the upper right corner, and type "block or allow" in the search bar, and click on the first article that appears below.

This should redirect you to the "Block or Allow" page in Options.

Safe Senders

If you wish to add senders to the Safe Senders list, follow the steps above to navigate to the Block or Allow section at outlook.office.com. Scroll to the Safe Senders section, and type the full email address in the "enter a sender or domain here" field, and click the "+" button to add them to the safe senders list. When you're done adding, click the Save button at the top, and give the system a little bit to save the changes. The senders you added should no longer be directed to your Junk mail!

Blocked Senders

If you wish to add senders to the Blocked Senders list (which will direct messages from that sender to the Junk mail folder), follow the steps above to navigate to the Block or Allow section at outlook.office.com. Scroll down to the Blocked Senders section, and type the full email address that you'd like blocked where it says "enter a sender or domain here", and click the "+" button to add them to the blocked senders list. When you're done adding, click the Save button at the top, and give the system a little bit to save the changes. The senders you added should be directed to your Junk folder from now on.
