If emails from certain senders are being directed to your Junk mail folder, or you wish to block certain email addresses from sending to your inbox, you may need to add them to your Safe Senders and Blocked Senders lists. To do so, log in to webmail at https://outlook.office.com. Once logged in, click the gear icon in the upper right corner and then click on "View All Outlook Settings" at the bottom of the screen.
At the Settings screen, select "Mail" and then "Junk mail".
From here, you can edit the Blocked senders and Safe senders list. Just click the "+Add" button in the section you which to edit, and you'll get a text box where you can type or paste the email address or domain that you which to add to the list. When you're done typing, click Enter and the address will populate in the list.
When you're done, click the Save button in the upper right corner of the screen, or your edits will not be saved!
