Greetings, Below you will find the step by step directions for scanning a document, or documents, to send to your email inbox from one of our many printers in the office.


  1. Load your document.

    You can load your documents onto the scan bed for a simple one-sided document, or for multiple pages/both-sides document, you can use the document feeder on the top of the scan lid. Maximum supported size is 11x17.

  2. On the home screen, select "Email"


  3. Tap the blue Address Book icon on the left side to begin an address book lookup

  4. Search by Lastname, Firstname, and add the person or people you want to the To: CC: or BCC: fields

  5. Don't forget any extra options, like changing scanning from single to two-sided
  6. Finally, press the Start button to start scanning.
