Adobe products no longer have serial numbers, and licenses are assigned to an Adobe ID or an Enterprise ID.

We have our email addresses set up as Enterprise IDs for using the Adobe Software, and the local helpdesk can assign licenses to your ID.

When you launch an Adobe software product and see this message, you will want to sign in with your company email address:

When you click Sign in Now, you'll be asked for an email and password. Fill in your email address and click outside the email box.

You'll be redirected to OnePass. Sign in with your work email and password, then uncheck the "This is a public or shared compuiter" if this is your assigned computer, then click Sign On:

If you have an assigned license, you'll be signed in and the software will be licensed to your account, and you'll be able to use it.
