  1. Click File tab in the Toolbar
  2. Click Account Settings button, select Account Settings

  3. Select the E-Mail tab
  4. Highlight your mailbox, click the Change button

  5. Click the More Settings button
  6. Select the Advance tab
  7. Click the Add button

  8. Type the Shared E-Mail Address
  9. Click the Apply and Ok buttons.
  10. Click Next, Finish, and Close buttons.
